Exchanges and Returns

FibroForce is committed to customer satisfaction. If the product you receive does not meet your expectations or has any defects, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt.

The first step is to contact Customer Service for instructions on the process.

Once the returned product has been received and confirmed to meet the conditions, you can choose between an exchange for another product in stock or a full refund.

Products returned outside the deadline, without prior notification, or without their accessories will not be accepted.

The deadline for resolving changes is up to 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.

If the product malfunctions, you can request an exchange by providing your order details and the reason.

Return or exchange costs may vary depending on the reason. In case of a defect, FibroForce will cover the costs. For dissatisfaction due to personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the costs.

After receiving the change request, a new shipping process begins with a timeframe of 20 to 45 days and a new tracking code is provided.

No changes will be accepted outside of the established deadline.

If you wish to exchange for another product, you must communicate this via email and provide information about the new item desired.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product defects.

If you change the delivery address for a replacement, you must inform us in advance.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you must refuse delivery so that the product is returned to the warehouse and a refund can be issued.
