All issues that involve exchange, return or refund must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

FibroForce will refund the amounts using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund processing time depends on the payment provider.

If the refund is partial, it will be made via bank transfer to the account of the order holder.

The refund is processed after the product is received and analyzed at the distribution center.

If the product is in transit, you must wait to receive it before starting the return process.

Exchange or refund is guaranteed in case of product defect or error.
